  • Mon-Fri work amongst a supportive team environment
  • Opportunity to work across multiple sectors in Palmerston - Agri + Industrial
  • $45p/hr + Benefits packages


My clients are currently interested in seeing senior level Industrial Electricians seeking a new role based in the Manawatu region. Opportunity to work with a well-established client with a strong reputation in the market & low staff turnover. This business has recently gone through a growth / expansion of its facility and requires a skilled tradesman to support the wider operations. Full training across systems and equipment will be provided.



*** Please note: Majority of work will be based in Pahiatua***


Your New Role

This role would suit someone with engineering experience who can do electrical work however must be qualified.



Our ideal key requirements are,

  • Industrial Electrician (Minimum of 3 years experience)


Experience with:

  • Industrial control systems.
  • Fault finding.
  • 3 phase installations.
  • VSD units.
  • Reactive breakdown maintenance
  • Prefer experience with PLCs and Planned maintenance programs



What you'll need to succeed

  • MUST be qualified New Zealand registered & practising license
  • Eligibility to work in NZ
  • Have a eye for H&S & Workplace safety
  • Experience across Preventative maintenance programmes
  • Coordinating with a production department to maximise equipment efficiency and minimise down time.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and understand priorities
  • Be able to work on a shift basis
  • Clear communicator
