About the role

  • Top tier domestic and offshore clients

  • Advising in all aspects of property law, including acquisition and disposal transactions, build and lease contracts for industrial and commercial projects, and subdivision and infrastructure project developments
  • Varied and interesting work with key clients


The role is part of our successful national Property, Construction & Major Projects team, working with leading Partners Tessa Baker and Matt Carroll.

The team works with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients including industrial, utilities and healthcare as well as government, individual investors and developers. This is a diverse and rewarding role and will suit a motivated self-starter, who enjoys collaboration and engaging directly with clients.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years PQE
  • Commercial property experience required
  • Commercially astute and client focused
