This opportunity is in Auckland for a leading NZ dealership. We are also recruiting for other Ford Technician roles in various locations across NZ - Ford Diagnostic or Master Technician brand training is also required for these roles.

The dealerships are top class with supportive Service Managers and all with a team of friendly technicians in the workshop.

You will be performing a range of mechanical duties on Ford passenger cars as well as other brands of used/trade in vehicles.



Skills sought

  • Ford franchise brand training - preferably up to Diagnostic or Master Technician level
  • Valid automotive trade qualification
  • Experience as an automotive technician / motor mechanic repairing, servicing, and diagnosing passenger cars is essential
  • Solid problem solving / diagnostic ability
  • Ability to complete major repairs
  • Ability to assist / train junior technicians
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Be computer literate
