Pan Pacific is New Zealand's leading Auto Electrical Parts Wholesaler. It has been privately owned for over 40 years and operates nationwide out of eight branches. This is your chance to join our dynamic team with this great Monday - Friday Branch Manager role in Wellington.
As part of the Pan Pacific team, you will receive full training on all our systems and procedures and work amongst like-minded people with a passion for cars! With great team management experience and at least a basic knowledge of Auto Electrical parts, you'll be a strong leader with the drive to succeed. You'll also have excellent customer service and people management skills with a head for numbers.
While in this role you will be responsible for emphasising proactive self-management, effective relationship building, and strong leadership in branch operations, and you will:
- Take accountability for branch performance, setting a strong example.
- Train and motivate new staff in customer service and order processing.
- Plan effectively to manage staff tasks.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette and order accuracy.
- Cultivate relationships with customers.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Stock management.
