About the Role:

The Food & Beverage department within the Copthorne Hotel Wellington Oriental Bay, is looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join their busy team and to assist the Food and Beverage Manager.

This role is about more than just managing food and beverage services.

It's where you will demonstrate your creative flair for developing promotions and assisting with conferencing and events. At the same time your computer skills will be helpful for stock taking and order entry. You will dazzle with your cocktail skills and wine knowledge, whilst taking the lead on developing the next generation of passionate F&B professionals.

It goes without saying that we'll expect you to be very well presented, confident and an internationally-minded team player.

Is This You?

This role will suit you if you can demonstrate supervisory experience, within hotels and are serious about a leadership role with a future. A Current GM License and LCQ Certificate will be required or your ability to attain and it's important you are flexible for shifts including weekends.

You'll enjoy regular hours, a supportive team and being part of one of NZ's leading hotel brands.
