Carpenter
Are you an experienced carpenter or hammer hand looking to build your career in New Plymouth? OneStaff New Plymouth is recruiting skilled professionals for exciting new projects kicking off in 2025! We're looking for committed, hardworking individuals with a passion for quality construction work to join our dynamic team.

You will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Framing and structural assembly for residential and commercial buildings
  • Installing windows, doors, and other fixtures
  • Conducting repairs and renovations on existing structures
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise work
  • Working closely with site supervisors and other trades to complete projects to the highest standards
  • Handling general site preparation and clean-up
  • Transporting and organising tools and materials


What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant experience in carpentry or as a hammer hand
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Good communication skills and reliability
  • Own tools (preferred but not required)
