About the Role:
My client seeks an experienced and efficient Office Administrator to support the Property Management and Business Development teams. You’ll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring seamless processes across multiple offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front office duties – answering calls, emails, and managing correspondence
  • Providing admin support to the Property Management and Business Development teams
  • Assisting with rental applications, advertising properties, and maintaining records
  • Managing office supplies, mail distribution, and appointment scheduling
  • Ensuring compliance records (e.g., smoke alarms, insulation, health & safety) are up to date
  • Organising and maintaining key records and office systems


Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in office administration (real estate/property management experience is a bonus!)
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • A positive, professional, and people-first approach
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office and database management systems
