An opportunity has arisen for an experienced AccountsAdministrator to join our Property Management team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Processing invoices
Bank reconciliation
Refunds to tenants
Contractor payments
Watercare account management
Rent and water rates arrears
General administration support
We require an individual with previous accounts administration experience, and meticulous attention to detail who is adaptable to changing priorities. Previous Real Estate experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Key skills and attributes include:
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines while working under pressure
A high level of initiative
An eagerness to help out wherever necessary
