Madison have partnered with a high-end luxury appliance brand who are looking for a customer service professional to cover 2 days per week. (Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:50am – 5pm)
Starting ASAP for a 6-month duration with the potential of long-term opportunities
CBD location with onsite parking available
About the role: You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience via phone and email to their high-end clientele.
Day to day responsibilities:
Provide the upmost customer service over phone and via email regarding their high-end domestic and commercial appliances
Assist with customer orders, payments, repairs, and delivery information
Resolve customer queries by liaising with retail partners and providing updates on stock
Manage administration duties including quotations and product despatch
Book in service call outs within a timely manner
Days/ Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 8.50am – 5.00pm. There may be opportunities to increase your hours if shifts become available.
About You: You describe yourself as a go-getter, you see the glass as half full and have previous experience in a call centre environment!
You will have:
1 – 2 years proven customer service experience
A passion for interacting and learning about people
Resilience – the ability to bounce back and remain objective after a difficult customer call
Excellent telephone manner with clear communication skills
Strong technical and administrative skills
An outgoing and positive personality
