About the Role
We are looking for an approachable and self-motivated Customer ExperienceTeamMember to join the Cirtex team located in Christchurch.
We're looking for a candidate with contact centre or customer service experience who has excellent phone-based customer service and communication skills. No prior industry knowledge is needed as on-the-job training is provided.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
Willingness to develop expertise in the Cirtex NetSuite ERP system (prior experience with NetSuite is advantageous)
Proficiency in computer use, including MS Office Suite, with reasonable typing ability
Well-organised with a customer-focused mindset
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and professionalism
Proactive, accountable, and adaptable
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement
Duties for this role include:
Receive inbound calls - including sales calls
Provide prompt, professional, accurate and courteous assistance to customers
Respond to inquiries, assisting & directing calls in the most appropriate manner
Submit/process sales orders
Customer management
Stock management oversight, including the processing of returns
Create invoices, process cash sales & EFTPOS transactions
Handle multiple customer communication channels including email and phone calls
