Job Description

Bayleys Whangarei is looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to support one of our high-performing agents who is ready to grow.

As a Personal Assistant, you will manage and support the property sales process, project manage the property campaign, provide administrative support across the agent's business, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality customer experience.

This role will suit someone with strong communication, organisation, and administration skills, as well as marketing and social media experience. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle a number of tasks, and play a key role in the smooth running of this agent's business.

The successful candidate must have:

  • The ability to operate with the highest level of professionalism at all times
  • An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail at all times
  • A service-orientated approach
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry and a valid real estate license are a plus but not essential.


This role will be based at our Bayleys Whangarei office.
