About the Role:
Supporting people in the Horowhenua Region to achieve their goals and aspirations, through enabling independence and providing support where needed. Each client will require an individualised level of support and care requirements, and you may support them with any of the following.
Personal Cares and/or Basic Home Management
Medication Administration and/or Monitoring
Grocery Shopping and/or Meal Preparation
Community Engagement and Socialisation
Support and/or Advocacy to Appointments
Helping people achieve their Goals and Aspirations
The Position - This position is part time working 38 hours per fortnight - plus the ability to extend hours in the future!
