We're searching for a Marketing/Creative Operations Specialist-the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You thrive on structure, spot a bottleneck before it even happens, and ensure every campaign lands on time and on point. You're the glue that connects briefs, timelines, people, and priorities-with a spreadsheet in one hand and a plan in the other.

This is more than just coordination. You'll own the flow of work across brand, retail, and creative keeping our team focused, resourced, and on track to deliver campaigns that truly connect. What You'll Do

• Own the marketing calendar - you'll always know what's happening, when, and who's making it happen (and yes, you'll secretly love being the one who does).
• Be the heartbeat of workflow - managing briefs, timelines, and approvals across creative, digital, retail, and brand.
• Keep things moving - from status meetings to sign-offs, you'll be the one gently chasing, cheerleading, and championing progress.
• Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar) to bring clarity and calm to the chaos.
• Spot bottlenecks early - and clear them with a mix of logic, empathy, and just the right emoji in Teams.
• Ensure seamless campaign execution, keeping stakeholders aligned and on-task.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, retail, and brand teams to turn ambitious plans into perfectly executed campaigns.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in traffic/project management, production, or marketing operations (agency or brand-side).
• A calm, confident presence in the middle of a fast-paced marketing environment-you keep things moving, no stress necessary.
• A talent for juggling multiple projects, teams, and timelines - without breaking a sweat.
• Comfort using workflow tools and driving adoption across teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - you're equal parts diplomat and doer.
• An eye for detail and process, with the pragmatism to get things done fast when needed.
• A problem-solving mindset - if a process isn't working, you're already thinking about how to fix it.
