Permanent job opportunity for an experienced Bottling Plant Operator/Filler to join a Christchurch-based company. Our client has secured a significant contract with a household New Zealand brand and will be needing someone with prior experience within the beverages industry. The suitable candidate will be able to communicate, adapt to change, possess openness & uphold H&S hygiene standards.
The day-to-day responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Bottling of beverages
Ensuring the machine is well-maintained and sterilized to meet New Zealand food health and safety standards
Undertaking quality assurance checks.
Reporting on production levels and order status to management
Monitoring machinery performance and making adjustments as necessary
The ideal candidate will have the following skills: Previous Filling experience or similar
Leadership skills and experience
A positive, can-do attitude
Forklift Licence is desirable
Good computer literacy
