Select Recruitment is on the lookout for a reliable, motivated, and physically fit Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to join a dynamic civil construction crew in Dunedin. In this role, you'll be supporting and leading traffic management operations across a range of urban and rural infrastructure projects, making real-time decisions and ensuring the safety of your crew and the public.

What we are Looking For:
Level 1 or CAT A, B, or C STMS certification (required)
Full Class 1 Licence
Proven experience in the traffic management industry
A safety-first attitude and strong leadership on site
Someone who's adaptable, proactive, and a team player
