About the Role
Joining our public sector client, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring quality across the Salesforce platform and its integrations with various systems. This is a hands-on position for an experienced test analyst confident in manual testing and validation across complex workflows. You’ll be working in a collaborative team environment and expected to hit the ground running.
This is a Wellington-based contract role through to the end of June, with a strong likelihood of extension beyond that date.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct manual end-to-end testing across Salesforce modules and integrated systems
- Validate data in web forms and back-end databases
- Perform integration and API testing
- Use SQL to verify data accuracy and support test scenarios
- Contribute to test planning, documentation, and defect management
- Leverage automation experience where appropriate to streamline testing
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong commercial experience testing in Salesforce environments
- Proven manual testing skills across complex systems
- Hands-on experience with database validation and SQL queries
- Familiarity with integration testing (e.g. APIs, system-to-system workflows)
- Exposure to or experience with automation tools (beneficial)
