Ideally you'll have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in civil and environmental engineering design for various development proposals.
- Proficiency in subdivision design and layout, earthworks, road and pavement design, stormwater management, wastewater disposal, and water supply systems.
- Strong project management skills, including scoping, timelines, and critical path analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Desirables:
- Experience with construction observation and contract management in accordance with NZS3910.
- Familiarity with the Auckland Unitary Plan and local council regulations.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies.
- Proficiency in design software such as 12d or Civil 3D.
