About the role
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will provide professional, punctual, and efficient support to Finance team and the wider Commercial Property Management Team, ensuring seamless financial and administrative operations.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Using Re-Leased (Property Management System) and entering data accurately
- New Data Entry (New Management, Change of Ownership, New Tenants)
- Daily reconciliation of bank recs
- Bank account checks
- Liaising with Commercial Property Management team on accounting related matters
- Ordering office supplies such as stationery and pantry items
- Uploading budgets and assisting with annual operating expense washups
- Disbursing landlord funds and ensuring accurate statements
- Vacating tenants from Re-Leased and following through with all associated tasks
- Contribute positively to team culture
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of proven experience in a similar finance or accounts role, ideally within the real estate industry. A relevant tertiary qualification in finance or accounting is also required.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
- A willingness to support other staff
- Adaptable, able to handle several different tasks
- Excellent time management and work prioritisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability to software applications and speed and efficiency in their use
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
