About the role

Are you a Registered Nurse looking to join at fabulous and energetic team working in a stunning retirement village? We are seeking a passionate RN to provide first class care services to our residents at The Village Palms in Christchurch.

Hours - 32 hours per week - PM shifts on Tues, Wed, Thurs and Sat

We offer top hourly rates and allowances as well as an amazing team to work in!

  • Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing care.
  • Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Work collaboratively with other team members
  • Develop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their families.
  • Provide compassionate and high-level care.


About you
You pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person. You also have:

  • Current Practicing Certificate and first aid certificate
  • Strong nursing experience, aged care - even better!
  • Up to date knowledge of wound care management
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • You are also a team player with a caring, respectful manner which is important in our aged care environment.
