Are you an experienced Property Manager seeking a new and exciting opportunity? Join our dedicated team at Bayleys New Plymouth. This is a full-time position overseeing a well-established portfolio of 100+ properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
- Determine market rents and implement strategic advertising to fill vacancies promptly.
- Maintain positive landlord & tenant relationships with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Proactively sourcing new property managements to expand & maintain your portfolio.
- Conduct initial, final, and routine inspections to ensure property standards are maintained & healthy home compliance is met.
- Oversee maintenance activities and maintain great relationships with our contractors.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience managing a diverse property portfolio.
- Thorough understanding of rental legislation, compliance expectations and experience creating rental agreements.
- Enjoys the challenge of growing and optimising property portfolios.
- Attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Experience using Palace or a similar CRM system.
