The Role
Reporting into the Financial Controller and working alongside a Senior AR officer and Credit Controller you will own your own business unit in terms of the full function of Accounts Receivables for one of the core businesses within the group.
Your duties will include:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Opening and managing customer accounts
- Managing the PPSR’s
- Receipting, allocations and refund processing
- Managing the web order and cash sales accounts
- Customer account reconciliations
- Chasing overdue payments
- Running monthly reports
- Complete month-end roll over activities
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Your profile:
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable officer who can showcase their skills and experience in the end to end function, having prior experience in a larger organisation where you have taken ownership of a particular business unit or ledger and shown the ability to work autonomously.
You will be capable of picking up new systems and you will have a passion for all things reconciliations. Strong communication is a must in both a verbal and written sense, you will have a knack for building rapport and relationships seamlessly and possess the skills to hit the ground running.
