Elite Management is seeking an experienced professional to join our exclusive, close-knit team. You will oversee financial, administrative, and maintenance aspects of our property portfolio to ensure a harmonious living environment for residents and property owners. We work together as a team and as your experience with the portfolio grows there is opportunity for your role to evolve.

Previous experience in body corporate management, property management, real estate, or a related field is highly regarded, though not essential. If you're the right fit, we're here to support your growth and help you build the rest. Ideally, you'll bring experience in a customer-facing client management or administrative role.

  • Highly organised and meticulous.

  • Ideally has previous experience in property management but not essential.
  • Confidence in public interaction in hosting meetings and building relationships with contractors and property owners.


Your responsibilities may include:

  • Managing emails, calls, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Facilitating smooth and efficient meetings
  • Supporting budgets and helping coordinate property maintenance
  • Keep things moving, systems humming, and clients smiling
