About the Apprenticeship
We’re building an Apprenticeship Program to bring the next generation into our business – the future drivers, operators, and leaders of RPC Logistics.
This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. You’ll be behind the wheel, on the warehouse floor, and out in the yard – not stuck behind a desk (unless that’s where you see yourself in the future!).

What You’ll Be Doing
Join our transport team and learn to drive trucks (bonus points if you’ve had experience on farms or during school holidays!)
You’ll work through your truck licenses, with opportunities to move up to larger vehicles and Hiab crane trucks
Learn how to maintain vehicles, equipment, and our facilities
Interested in mechanical work? You can spend time in our workshop too
Get a full picture of how our transport operations run – from planning and scheduling to execution
Gain exposure to our 3PL logistics systems and learn how to move goods efficiently through our warehouse network
