About you:

  • Strong observation skills & attention to detail
  • Maturity and resilience
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous Customer service and/or security experience
  • Flexibility – must be available to work at least 1 weekend day per week.
  • Clean criminal record
  • Computer literate – must be confident using and learning computer systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to pass a Vulnerable Children Act background check and Medical checks
  • Hold a current COA (security license) or have the ability to obtain one (18 years old or over, have a clean criminal record & eligible to work in NZ)
  • Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
