Role Overview: As an IT Engineer at Help IT, you'll play a crucial role in installing, maintaining and optimising our clients' IT systems. You'll work closely with our team to deliver top-notch technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement cutting-edge solutions. If you're passionate about technology and enjoy solving challenging and complex IT related problems, this role is perfect for you.

This role involves a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Provide technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud products, including Office 365, Azure, and G Suite. Familiarity with firewalls, wireless technology, and security solutions.
  • Knowledge of Axis and Hikvision security solutions.
  • As an Authorised Surface reseller and Certified Microsoft CSP, knowledge of these programmes is also beneficial.
  • The ability to effectively communicate technical instructions in a clear and understandable language, tailored to business and client needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA) are a plus.
