About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader who will initially have 15 direct reports at Tinwald and be responsible for the Night shift’s production of pipe. This role is focused on ensuring pipe is made to spec through the leadership of self and others. You will be responsible for problem solving and liaising collaboratively to ensure we provide the service required. You will also be a key-holder for the site, and we will support you to be trained in first aid.

The Person
To be a star performer in this role, you'll have strong production experience, a resilient approach to your work, plus whole lot of drive and energy! You will need to have both the technical skills and the people skills to influence and effectively run production.

Required Experience and Knowledge

  • Considerable pipe production experience
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • A good level of IT skills
