Pathways | Mō mātou Pathways is a leading national provider of community-based mental health, addiction and wellbeing services. Every year we support around 6000 people, all around Aotearoa, to live well in the communities of their choice.
The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi This is a fixed-term, three-month position until July 2025, based in Hamilton East. The role is 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
In this role you will:
Be busy supporting people with budgeting and independent daily living skills.
Attending appointments and advocating for people.
Might be assisting people to connect with their communities.
Be prepared to do whatever it takes for the people we support - cleaning, cooking, gardening, personal care or helping out with everyday tasks.

You | Mōu Applicants must hold the Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent. Alternatively, you will be willing to commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with Pathways. This needs to be completed within two years of commencement. Pathways offers significant support for support workers to complete this study. You must hold a current full New Zealand driver’s licence. You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one. Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
