Tradestaff Hawkes Bay is currently seeking carpenters to join one of our valued clients in a full-time carpentry position with an immediate start!
Responsibilities: As a small works/ maintenance carpenter, you will be required to, under the client’s discretion:
Completing repair jobs such as fixing doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, and other wooden structures
Installing a variety of fixtures and fittings such as shelves, countertops, molding, trim work etc.
Complete renovations
Applying trim and finishing touches to interiors and exteriors
Requirements:
Trade qualification in carpentry
Minimum of one carpentry related reference is essential
Strong understanding of the New Zealand Code and related regulation
Willingness to undergo and pass a drug test
At minimum, a NZ restricted drivers license AND your own mode of transport
Own tool kit + power tools is essential
