This Technical support role is responsible for advanced support requests meeting SLA’s and delivering technical support outcomes.
THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO CANDIDATES WHO ARE
- Recent graduates with skills in the automotive electrician space OR
- Have technology support expereince with vehicle electronics interest/experience OR
- Electrical enigeering graduates with an interest in the technology space
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Complete Tier 2 service requests within contractual timeframes to ensure 0 breaches
- Complete assigned projects to support business improvement within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Provide internal and external stakeholder with required information on product performance
- Ensure up to date Product Knowledge
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support clients with Tier 2 support to ensure continuous service
- Identify recurring SR’s, raise awareness, conduct investigations, and generate solutions to drive continuous improvement
- Complete assigned projects including identifying and analysing problems, generating project plans and solutions, and then implementing as directed
- Manage the SIMS requirements in line with client requirements
- Other duties as required
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Project management
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Computer programming/ Automotive electronics experience
- Excellent attention to detail
