We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Mowing Team, and will be responsible for maintaining and creating some of the most beautiful parks and greenspaces across Auckland. With a great team culture, career development opportunities and a competitive hourly rate, what’s not to like. Our ideal candidate would have previous mowing experience, in particular Tractor mowing. This is ideal, but not essential.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Completing relevant reports.
Using phone app daily to manage jobs
Running daily toolbox and pre-starts.
Tractor Mowing (experience preferred, but not essential)
Delivering seasonal tasks such as annual bed rotations
General Garden Maintenance including planting pruning, fertilizing, mulching, streepscaping and watering
Removal of pest plants
Using an array of small plant equipment including weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers etc
About You
Previous experience mowing
Experience using a tractor mower a bonus
Have a passion for working outdoors and love to see the fruits of your labour
Are committed to providing the absolute best quality workmanship for our Customers
Have a class one drivers license
Must be physically fit
Reliable and always on time for work.
Comfortable leading and support team members.
We won’t budge on safety therefore we need someone who is health and safety conscious
