About you
To lead our Assets and Facilities function, it's ideal that you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale asset and facilities management operations
- Proven track record in strategic planning, lifecycle management, and capital project delivery
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage complex budgets
- Ability to develop and implement frameworks, policies, and processes to track and optimise asset performance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
