Job Description

Looking for a solid and reliable individual to be a supervisor and lead a team of 20 - 30 in our busy Frames and Trusses factory based in Pukekohe.

Job details:

  • Monday to Friday (sometimes Saturdays)
  • 5am/6am to 3:30pm
  • 5am/6am to 10:30am (Saturdays)
  • Hourly rate $30 - $35 (Depends upon experience)


Job description:

  • Supervise and develop good relationships with a team of 20 - 30 staff members.
  • Have knowledge of frames & trusses.
  • Can operate nail gun and work on frame bench.
  • Can read designs and do the proper measurements.
  • Guide the team to meeting their daily production needs
  • Focus on Health & Safety and ensure your team are meeting H&S requirements
  • Fabricate trusses
  • Guide and coach team members


About you:

  • Reliable, enthusiastic
  • Organized with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Previous building knowledge ideal, however if they can prove they excel in supervision we will consider
  • Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • A positive and committed and hard working team member who is hands on and willing to get the job done
