As an STMS, you will ensure the accurate following of temporary traffic management plans and oversee set up and pack down of road closures and diversions.
- You will be confident leading toolbox and closure briefings with crew, whilst providing clear job details and expectations to TMO’s.
- Willing and able to train and upskill our Traffic Controllers and junior STMS’
- Ensure the safety of the Downer crew, subbies, and the general public.

You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you.
- A valid STMS warrant (be it A/B or Level 1/2)
- Be physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Flexibility is desirable given you will be required to work shift work
- Show commitment to safe work practises
