We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join us in a role as Personal Assistant to a successful salesperson.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management - Schedule appointments, prepare for meetings, and oversee daily operations.
Event & Project Coordination - Plan and execute events while managing projects that support business goals.
Administrative Support - Assist with listings, documentation, and system management to ensure efficiency.
Sales & Marketing Support - Manage property advertising, contracts, and online licensee profiles.
Customer & Team Support- Ensure a smooth client experience, handle inquiries, and train new salespeople in our systems.
Confidentiality & Communication - Manage sensitive information professionally and answer calls as needed.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative or PA role, with real estate industry experience being a strong advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher
Excellent computer skills and quick to learn new programs and systems like Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe PDF, Property Suite and Vault RE
Hold a salesperson certificate or be prepared to become licensed
Experienced in working and delivering to tight deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and be solution-orientated
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Goal driven and thrive to achieve
Eager to learn and good attention to detail
