Position Purpose
The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality visual design across a broad range of mediums. This role plays a key part in helping bring the brand to life from strategic development to day-to-day execution of marketing, internal, and digital communications.
You’ll collaborate with marketers and strategists to produce creative solutions that are effective, consistent and creative. This is a hands-on role with room to grow, ideal for a designer who’s confident in their craft and ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets across print, digital, social, and internal channels.
Translate briefs into high-quality visual executions on time and on brand.
Work collaboratively with senior designers, marketers, stakeholders, and project managers.
Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, while identifying innovative ways to evolve the brand within existing frameworks.
Contribute ideas and inspiration to the wider team and creative culture.
Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

About You
Qualifications & Experience
A Bachelor of Design (or equivalent qualification in visual communication or graphic design) 2–5 years’ experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house)
Skills & Attributes
Strong visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail, layout, and typography
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience designing for both print and digital environments
A solid portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and technical ability
Great communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Bonus Points
Motion design capability (After Effects or equivalent)
Videography and or editing experience
Illustration or other creative talents
