We are currently looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our sheet metal engineering client in Christchurch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a CNC press brake machine according to job specifications
- Reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Skills and Experience Required:
- Any previous press brake operating for sheet metal
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and basic drawings to ensure quality parts are produced
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
