Precast Concrete Operator
We’re on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our team at Envirocon, working from our precast concrete yard in Penrose, Auckland. No prior experience in concrete is necessary – if you’re reliable, keen to learn, and can be flexible with your availability, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with work taking place between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. Working hours are flexible, and we may request availability at different times to support production needs.
You’ll be part of a focused and supportive team manufacturing high-quality precast concrete blocks used across a wide range of applications. On-the-job training will be provided, including forklift training for the right candidates.
What We’re Looking For
A positive, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Flexibility around working hours
A full New Zealand driver’s licence
Health & Safety awareness (preferable)
Forklift experience is not required – training will be provided
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Experience in concrete or construction environments
A good level of physical fitness
