Communications Strategic Plan Developer
The Louise Nicholas Trust (LNT) is currently seeking a volunteer who is experienced in developing strategic communication plans. LNT have a strong organisational vision, mission, and objectives and we require a communication strategy that highlights and aligns with our purpose. This role requires a good understanding of Not-For-Profit, Board communications, media management, both mainstream and social, the importance of brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications and Planning:
Develop a comprehensive communication strategy to align with the organisation’s mission, goals, and values.
Create an annual communication plan, including media, public relations, social media, and crisis communication strategies.
Ensure that the communication plan has action plans for consistent messaging across all communication channels and materials.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
Proven experience in developing communication strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to contribute to a positive and supportive culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant work experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, and/or Marketing.
