JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Graphic and Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This role combines graphic design expertise with basic web development skills, making it an excellent opportunity for someone with a diverse skill set and a passion for both design and implementation. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality visual and web solutions across various platforms. This role will not cease to interest, with clients across a wide array of verticals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Create: Develop eye-catching visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media posts, advertisements, and marketing collateral. Website Design & Wire-framing: Create engaging and user-friendly web designs and wireframes, collaborating with developers and account managers to bring designs to life for various industries and businesses. Branding & Identity: Work on branding projects, eg. Logo design, brand books etc. That align with client goals and maintain consistent visual identity across various platforms. Social Media & Ads: Design graphics for organic and paid for our brand and clients social media campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring designs are optimised for each platform. Collaboration: Work closely with production and account management team to ensure design supports overall marketing goals. Iterate & Improve: Revise and update designs based on feedback and performance data to continuously enhance results.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelors Degree: Or equivalent in Graphic Design, Web Development, or related field.
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic and web design, preferably within a digital marketing or agency setting
- Adobe Suite: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Figma Expertise: Strong knowledge of Figma for designing and collaborating on website layouts and user interfaces.
- Web Design Knowledge: Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, and wireframes. HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not needed.
- Creativity & Innovation: A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to design across a wide range of styles.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality designs with precision, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
