The Role
This new opportunity is ready for an experienced Executive Assistant to make it their own. Daily you will support and work in partnership with the CEO while helping the Senior Leadership Team and ensure the wider office operations run smoothly. The role offers variety and calls for initiative in identifying where processes and systems can be streamlined and improved.

• EA to CEO – email, calendar, meeting and travel coordination. Streamline and organize the administration work so that strategy and business growth can be the focus for them. Initiative, good business acumen and organization will go a long way to ensure this partnership is successful.
• EA to SLT – assist in supporting this team with a variety of travel, events, trade shows and conferences. Identifying how you can make efficiencies to this busy team will add immediate value.
• Board Secretary – collate, review, prepare Board papers for meetings. Know the audience (customers or suppliers) and ensure relevant language is used to achieve clarity and understanding. Arrange travel, accommodation, and catering.
• Office Management – ensure the building facilities, consumables and environment are ready.

You
