Interior Fit Out Installers
Our client is currently looking for Interior Fit Out Installers with experience in construction of non-load bearing interior walls and ceilings in commercial interior fit out projects, to a high standard and ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Installing plasterboard (drywall) in conjunction with site guides
- Building both screw fix and two-way grid ceilings
- Constructing steel stud partitions
- Plastering / drywall setting
- Installing architectural lings and finishing details
- Reviewing and following plans and drawing details
- Ensuring minimum wastage of building materials by accurately planning installation
- Operating trade related electrical tools, such as concrete drills, grinders, cut off saws and setting up and using rotating and line lasers
Skills and experience:
- Ideally 3’ years commercial experience in installing either plasterboard, steel stud walls or suspended ceilings
- Experience using basic hand and power tools
- Understanding of workplace safety including safe lifting and handling procedures
