Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity
Downer are proudly supporting a range of exciting projects across Hastings. The Downer South division is highly respected and has a great track record for delivering a high standard of work across the country. We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver.
You will assist with a diverse range of construction, renewal, and maintenance projects across the Hastings region. Working alongside our dedicated team you may operate machinery including excavators, rollers, graders, and trucks but will also use hand tools from time to time to get the job done.
Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment
You will transport, load and unload machinery to and from sites
Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
You will be a physically fit and motivated person and will bring with you.
- Must have a class 4 licence, class 5 and WTR desired but not required
- Minimum 5 years driving experience
- Be able to operate a loader and load yourself
- Be reliable and hard working
- Show commitment to safe work practises
