ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a permanent, Christchurch-based professional driver with excellent customer service skills to join our team, servicing the Canterbury region. The role involves ensuring timely and secure bin deliveries, collaborating with the Information Management team, and maintaining strong client relationships. Applicants must have the right to work full-time in New Zealand.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring company vehicles are maintained and kept tidy.
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering secure destruction bins to customers safely and efficiently.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing questions, and managing client feedback.
  • Maintaining top-notch health, safety, and compliance standards.



ABOUT YOU

  • A current Class 2 driver’s licence as a minimum with at least 12 months truck driving experience
  • A current OHS and F endorsed Forklift licence would be ideal but not necessary
  • Strong organisation and navigational skills to manage your daily schedule effectively
  • Excellent interactive skills to engage with your customers to build rapport and maintain the successful client relationships we pride ourselves on
  • Physical fitness is essential as you will be handling 240L wheelie bins full of paper
  • Willing to cover occasional overnight runs
  • Upholds ethics, integrity, and safety standards while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
