What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, ensuring the success of campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with marketing leads, media partners, and cross-functional teams to optimise and report on digital activities, from always-on, campaigns to customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including media planning, campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and reporting across platforms like Google Ads, Social Media, and DV360.
- Lead email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and quality assurance.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams (Membership & Marketing, Product) to drive collaboration and achieve divisional goals.
- Work closely with agency partners to stay updated on industry trends, manage financials, and resolve issues promptly.
About You | Mōu
- 2-3+ years experience in digital marketing specialist role or similar.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, paid campaign activities (Social Ads, SEM, Display-Video Ads) and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Marketing platforms (Google Ads, CM360, DV360), Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and oral communication, and effective relationship management
- Highly numerate and able to interpret data, analyse trends, performance and results
- Understanding of data protection legislation and its application to digital marketing
- The foundations of strong attention to detail, and exceptional time management
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, information systems or similar
