The Role: We have an exciting 2-year fixed term / secondment opportunity for a Product Manager to join our growing Payments Product team. As a Product Manager, you'll have the chance to build on your already impressive experience with developing and managing a range of payment products. Ensuring our customers receive the best possible value proposition is at the heart of what we do as a product team. You will work with our product partners and key internal customers to develop and manage a range of competitive payment products that are tailored to our customers' needs. This is an exciting and varied role, sharing responsibility for the overall success of the payments product line. You will get to work with a broad range of stakeholders to continually improve the proposition, develop new products, manage risk and drive activity across the Bank's distribution channels.
About You: The role would suit applicants with a minimum of 3 years of product management experience along with some banking product and retail financial services knowledge, OR someone with a deep understanding of Business and Corporate banking payment products from their current role. Technically, you will be skilled in financial analysis and working with data for forecasting, monitoring, and reporting. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player and will get stuck in to ensure the team succeeds and that we are constantly delivering to customer expectations and good customer outcomes.
Above all, you will be comfortable working across a range of stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, and your strong communication and relationship skills will be key.
