In this role, your primary duties will involve defining, analysing, and drive the development and implementation of crucial projects as well as BAU. Operating in alignment with industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies, you will excel in gathering requirements and understanding business processes, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee new CRM developments, and develop business process maps and promote best practices for CRM solutions.
Design and recommend solutions, estimate costs, and write concise business cases.
Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and contribute to systems strategy, including assisting with reporting requirements.
Resolve technical issues, including data, workflows, and power apps, either independently or with external consultants.
Collaborate with vendors to design, build, and implement solutions. Provide application training and creates self-learning materials.
Perform routine updates and testing to ensure optimal platform performance.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Expertise in business process mapping, supporting business applications, and writing technical specifications and business cases.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience with D365 Finance & Operations and CRM is a bonus!
Proven success in identifying improvements to support business operations
