Food Republic is a contemporary food court located in the heart of the Main Gaming Floor bringing together your favourite cuisines from around the world. Think Asian, Indian and European/International cuisines all located in one place awaiting your arrival. As a busy, fast paced operation that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there is a lot of variety across our shift patterns and hours of work can vary, so flexibility will be key.
Mōu | About You
- You will bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as a Duty Manager
- You will have a current LCQ & Managers License
- You will have proven experience in managing a team and creating a positive culture that produces excellent customer service
- You will be confident and experienced in cash handling, rostering and bar management
