People and Culture Administrator (Fixed term)

Are you a detail-oriented administrator with a passion for supporting others, making a positive impact, and a knack for quickly learning new systems? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.

We’re looking for a P&C Administrator to join our fast-paced, friendly and fun P&C team. This is a 30 hour per week, Monday – Friday fixed term role, until October. It is based in our Orewa office, within walking distance of the beach and reports to an experienced and supportive P&C Manager.

We’re Busy Bees Aotearoa an early childhood education provider in New Zealand, with 80+ centres and a team of 1700+. Our centres are a key part of the community, offering tailored services to parents by creating happy, sustainable and fun learning environments for children.

  • As one of our P&C Administrators you’ll
  • Work as part of the team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our centres
  • Assist with preparation of employment documentation
  • Undertake comprehensive pre-employment checks
  • Ensure the HRIS system remains up to date and provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.


What you’ll bring

  • Confidence in using Microsoft programmes and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service to our Centres
  • Be comfortable working on a computer processing high volumes of work, efficiently and accurately.
  • Superb communication and relationship building skills – you easily build positive working relationships, connect with a diverse range of people and thrive in a fast-paced people focused environment
