What You'll Be Doing: As a Traffic Control Worker, you'll be the backbone of road safety, ensuring smooth traffic flow and the safety of all road users. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Strategically plan and set up traffic control sites using cones and signs.
Manage traffic with stop/go signs.
Maintain clear communication with your team using radios.
What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
2+ years of hands-on experience in traffic management.
Valid STMS Cat B practising license.
A strong work ethic and commitment to reliability.
Ability to work independently or as part of a tight-knit team.
Full Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 2 and WTR is a plus!).
Flexibility to work night shifts when required.
Excellent communication skills for seamless teamwork and public interaction.
