Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with month-end reporting, providing valuable commentary on key workforce trends.
  • Develop and deliver data visualizations and dashboards using Workday, SuccessFactors, Excel, and Power BI to present insights.
  • Cleanse and transform data to ensure accurate, actionable reporting.
  • Proactively manage and deliver on customer requests with a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional analytics support.
  • Continuously contribute to process improvements, helping us stay ahead of evolving needs.

  • A collaborative mindset: You love working with others, learning from feedback, and tackling challenges as a team.
  • Proficiency in data tools: Excel, Power Query, Workday, SuccessFactors (or similar systems). If you know these tools, you're already ahead of the game, and if you’ve used Power Bi even better!
  • Detail-oriented: You ensure data is accurate, clear, and insightful, and you care about delivering high-quality work.
  • Time-management skills: You can juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top-notch results.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in data, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data-related roles, especially working with HR systems like Workday or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with stakeholders.
